24.01.2022 Did you know that Aussies are currently disposing of 6000 kilograms of fashion and textile waste EVERY 10 MINUTES...? Fast fashion is addictive, and it’s desig...ned to be. It’s convenient and cheap.. but what is the true cost? Not only is the production of fast fashion hugely water and energy intensive, but two-thirds of those discards are man-made synthetic (plastic) fibres that may never leave this planet. Luckily, second-hand shopping is quickly becoming a trend. Next time you need some new threads, why not check out your local op-shop for some pre-loved goods! @ajtheillustrator
