03.01.2022 Ooops! What’s your cholesterol? When did you last check? Total cholesterol should preferably be under 4 mmol/L , but 4-5.5mmol/L is still considered within normal limits. High cholesterol is a risk factor for heart disease and metabolic syndrome. This reading was taken after food. A fasting blood test is more accurate. You can see your GP but an Exercise Physiologist is also qualified to conduct an initial check. And then will help you work on your exercise and basic nutrition guidelines to help you improve your health!
