The Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) has announced a change in the policy (mind you NOT LAW) for those who held a Subclass 457 visa which was applied for on or before 18 April 2017 and was subsequently granted.... After a lot of discussion, the DoHA will now consider 23 months of work experience on SC457 visa, as satisfying the 2 year work requirement to be eligible for the permanent Subclass 186 visa under TRT scheme.
