In response to the COVID-19 challenges, we have taken the following steps to implement changes to protect all stakeholders. In line with the Government’s recommendations, we have advised our Sales Team and Staff to remain vigilant and follow all safety guidelines.... Showroom Please do not unnecessarily visit our showroom. Our preference would be for orders to be placed prior to arrival where possible to reduce the person to person contact. However, we understand this may not always be possible, please call ahead to make an appointment if you need to view products. Social Distancing All staff have been directed to maintain a 1.5m distance from customers, suppliers and fellow workers. Employees who show signs of COVID-19 symptoms will be required to be tested. If they return a positive result, we advise that they follow Australian Federal Government guidelines. We will endeavour to support our staff in any way possible in all medical circumstances. Personal Hygiene Hand sanitiser stations have been placed at all entrances, exits and in all company vehicles. Hand washing and sanitising wall charts are displayed at all sinks and sanitising stations. Deliveries Our drivers have been advised to maintain social distancing whilst delivering goods which will be placed in an agreed location for our customers to check the order. Account Managers Our Account Managers have been advised to maintain social distancing whilst managing our customers’ requirements. These practical measures will help us protect the health of all our customers and our staff. We continue to actively monitor the situation closely and will make any necessary adjustments as advised by the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation. The B&B Total Supply Management team are monitoring the situation and are working closely with our suppliers to ensure our supply chain remains secure and working diligently to minimise any disruptions that may occur.
