02.01.2022 A fantastic but disappointing night for us at Round 1 of the Whyalla Tri Series Saturday night. Heat 1 saw Darryl start in position 1 and finish 2nd, Heat 2 started in 8th and finished 5th, Heat 3 started in 8th and finished 3rd. In the Feature Darryl started in 2nd and ended up disqualified because the top wing came loose. It was some fantastic racing up until the feature but that’s the way it goes. Onto the State Title at Waikerie on the 21st with hopefully some better luck.
