19.01.2022 Today was a very special day for the Ballarat Chinese Dragon Boat Club. Our new 10s boat was blessed, and in honor of our member, Nola Trezise, who recently passed away, our boat was named Nola which was unveiled by Nola’s husband Barry and family. Following the blessing ‘Nola’ was launched for her inaugural paddle with BCDBC members and Barry paddling. A guard of honor was a lovely tribute to Barry after the paddle. Thank you to Nola’s family, BCDBC members and many friends of our club for your attendance today and making this day so special.
