14.01.2022 BCH OFFICE CHANGES DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS With the announcements made over the weekend, BCH is still currently open for business, however we have tightened up on our Health and Safety measures. What Does This Mean For Clients?... From tomorrow Tuesday 24th March 2020, the following changes will commence: We will not be taking face-to-face appointments until further notice. Instead all communication will be via phone or email. We ask that anyone who needs to drop information into us, to please leave any items in the box provided at our front door during business hours only. Alternatively, where possible please send documents electronically. Due to individual circumstances our staff members may be working different hours than usual. However we will all be contactable via email and will return any phone calls as soon as possible. We at BCH hope that these measures are short-term and we will continue to provide updates by email and Facebook. We appreciate your understanding and hope that none of our clients are directly impacted by the virus. Our hope is to support our valued clients through these unprecedented conditions to meet their tax compliance and employer obligations and to listen with understanding.
