24.01.2022 Half way through! How's your walking going? Surprisingly have recorded and average of 7000 steps each day without planned exercise using the phone app called Step Tracker & Pedometer. If you can help us out this is the form you need but if you haven't collected one just record these details on paper. We appreciate any participants who can help us win the title for Victorian neighbourhood houses for the most steps in 2 weeks. Back date to last Monday. If you don't have the app or watch, then average 10 minutes of walking is 1000 steps, see how you go! #walktober #beaufort #walk #fitness #challenge #communityhouse #competition
