That inner voice that pops up to point the blame, to react rather than respond, the part of you that’s holding onto so much it’s about to burst...... that’s your inner child and they want your attention, your unconditional love, they want to be heard! The more present we are with our inner child, the more space we have for others. I know what it’s like to disempower ones self and point the finger of blame, that was me, and I know how good it feels to be free of that cycle. Guiding people to create this space for themselves so they can have more fulfilling and balanced encounters everyday is truely heart warming, it lights my soul! 05.01.2022 So last weekend I locked myself away for a 4 day immersion along with 12,000 or so other people on a zoom call which used state of the art floor to ceiling round screens to create a stadium like experience. There’s nothing like a Tony Robins rant thundering down the camera straight into your lounge room to make you sit up and pay attention! From 10am til around 11pm we dived into the latest info on mindset, business and health! It was pure energy, we broke boards, lunched wit...h the god-father of the personal-development industry himself, met people from all over the world in small zoom breakout rooms, learnt funtional movements for pain relief and heaps more. How did we all keep our energy up? We tapped into our inner Assttitude shaking our butts at every chance we could. Movement is the key to life! A week later what’s the one word that calls me daily? ... C E L E B R A T E ! ! ! Every. little. thing... the good, the bad (this one is gratitude gold) and everything in between! SAY YES ! Locking in the gratitude with movement MAKE A MOVE ! has been a game changer this week. It’s no surprise though considering that’s exactly where we store emotions anyway, it makes sense to amplify and lock in the good ones, so the body looks for ways to make the known happen again! I was jumping around hands in the air excited to lock it in all week long. Even if it’s an internal squeal and and a little shake, it was enough to shift the funk! The flow of your water & the drifting of seasons a gentle reminder of the feminine within. Your harshness and your softness in effortless flow.
