24.01.2022 Such a wet day out here in Melbourne but our smoke haze finally cleared so we couldn't resist the run! Plenty of laughs and dodging puddles. No session next week due to the long weekend, we'll be back on Feb 3rd!

23.01.2022 BCN is back for 2020! We've had some big changes and we're so excited for another year of running ahead. Monday night will now be our only session for the week and we will be starting at the slightly earlier time of 6pm. See you down on the track soon!

20.01.2022 To our wonderful running community, we are sad to say that in light of the spread of COVID-19 all sessions will be postponed for the foreseeable future. These are strange and rapidly changing times for the whole world and our number one priority is that we do what is best for each other and our community at large. We'll be posting up session ideas to help keep you running independently while we live through this Pandemic. Remember: wash your hands, isolate as much as possible and please, be kind to each other
