17.01.2022 Tbt 2 weeks ago 10 weeks to add some density before the final 8 week push to beat this condition with hopefully 2-3kg extra on my frame I know in myself the final 8 week push I can and will go balls hard ... Pushing through week by week now focusing on slow controlled contractions, doing what I can through lockdown and using the extra food as fuel for growth
