14.01.2022 Trial matches are starting to be scheduled through the BDSFA office ... we have matches scheduled for Feb 2, 9, and 16. If you would like to be considered to officiate at any of the matches, then you need to be registered to referee this year

06.01.2022 2020 has seen a number of changes to the Laws of the Game. Thinking 'outside the box' a little, we have decided to show these Law changes on video. We started last night by videoing 2 of the Law changes: Law 8 Free Kicks - specifically 'defensive wall', and Law 16 The Goal Kick. We believed that these 2 Law changes could best be demonstrated in real team play; and our sincere thanks go out to Quakers Hill Junior's Premier and Reserves teams who offered to assist us with thes...e video demonstrations. We attended their training session last night, and shot a few short videos of these 2 Law changes. We reckon they came out pretty well too! Over the next few days, we will be shooting more videos of the rest of the Law changes. Stay tuned! Thanks Quakers Hill ... really appreciate your assistance in helping us out! btw ... other Law changes of note involve :- - winner of coin toss - substitutes leaving the field - YC/RC to senior coach! - dropped ball (now 'uncontested') - GK actions during the penalty kick - goal kick no longer has to leave penalty area Load the IFAB app onto your phone, and check all the Law changes in detail
