25.01.2022 Advanced Squat Techniques Here at BCSC we use weight release's once our athlete's have a high level of control & stability while performing a weighted squat. Weight release's are a great way to increase the lifter to overload the eccentric portion of a lift eg. (Back squat or bench press)... As the weight reaches the bottom of the lift, the weight releasers touch the ground then fall away from the barbell reducing the total weight, allowing the athlete to explode up during the concentric phase of the back squat. @elijah_s19 @thehomegymguy

21.01.2022 New Athlete Announcement!!!! We would like to introduce one of our newest athletes Jenae Govan Sport: AFL & MMA... Gym Goals: Increase strength endurance, posterior strength, agility & explosiveness. Past Achievements: Karate State, Australian & World Champion. Suns Winter series 2018, Leading goal kicker & QAFLW team of the year 2018. Sport Goals: AFLW 2021 Jenae has been working hard on her development over the past few months in the gym to get herself ready for this years QAFLW Finals and off-season. We're excited to see Jenae perform in this year's finals series.

Haze has played for QLD U18's AFLW, Gold Cosst Suns U18's Academy, AON Uni Rugby 7's for Bond Uni and also have been training with the Brisbane Broncos Women's NRL team.... We're excited to see how far Haze-lee can go in both AFLW & Rugby 7's. Watch out for Haze in the future!!!!
