23.01.2022 Timetable fanatic Craig Halsall has been busy analysing the new timetables that commence operation on 27 August 2017. Plenty of our members were out and about, either rising early, spending sweltering afternoons in the sun or enjoying balmy twilight light getting the coverage of the numerous occupations. Check it out - www.bcsv.org.au Please be mindful that this is only stage 1 of the website, and much more content and additional features will be added to the site over the months ahead, with polishing of existing content our next priority. We will progressively add hundreds of articles and thousands of pictures to the site over the next few years.... We suggest you like the BCSV Website Updates Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BCSVwebsite) for regular updates as new content is added to the Virtual Museum.

07.01.2022 Some exciting news on the long-awaited BCSV website, with phase 1 BETA testing now underway. Committee members and a select handful of others are currently roadtesting the site for bugs and to provide suggestions as the first stage of our website nears completion. Later in February, we plan to invite other BCSV members to register for phase 2 testing, which will give you a sneak peak of the website and offer the opportunity to feedback using an online forum. ... The website will be further developed during 2017 with additional features. More on that later. Thanks to Matt Fleay-Daly of MP Productions for his ongoing work on the website over the past 18 months.

04.01.2022 Planning on catching a bus today for Grand Final Eve to the parade, to the shops to maybe just to work? If your bus route is one of over 50 that would normally only operates Monday to Saturday, you might be jumping through a few hoops to work out if your bus is running or not - 45% of 6-day a week routes dont run on public holidays. 7-day a week routes are more consistent, with the standard Saturday timetable applying in all but a few cases in Rowville, Healesville & Wyndh...am. Timetable fanatic Craig Halsall has looked into this issue further.
