24.01.2022 Its been a while since our last post. There has been heaps going on down here at B custom fab and the past few jobs finished have not been posted on social media due to customers not wanting pics posted and we respect there wishes. A car we just finished yesterday we are able to post pics off the build which I will do so now. Regards B Custom fab

24.01.2022 Kriss VL was a long list of work basically taking this car from a shell to driving. Heres a very brief rundown on the car. We done a 6 point cage to ANDRA and engineers spec. 9 inch with disc brakes and a 255/60 street R with a factory tub. Complete plumbing of everything from fuel system, water, oil, remote mount all sensors, co2 boost control just to name a few. And a few 3D printed parts to complete some mounting of sensors/solenoids ect. All wiring completed in our shop by SM Motorsport wiring. Long motor and gear box supplied by adicted performance. The vehicle is also engineered. We will add more pics if we find more of the build.

23.01.2022 Dylan’s VH needed a few small things done. Radiator, catch cans, overflow bottle, mount coil and thru fire wall lead bulkhead, mount msd ign and provision for a fuse box, a/c hole delete, set up complete rear end. We always enjoy the small details to finish off a build the printing and CAD drawing helps us go that extra step.

23.01.2022 Manos 1965 mustang was a clean streeter with a ford V8 under the hood. With the Barra 6 cylinder turbo starting to become a popular conversion Mano had his heart set on a Barra so out with the V8 it was to make room for 6. Engine mounts and gear box x-member were fabricated and cooler mounted then 6boost made a turbo manifold to suit and come up killer. Once this was done we pulled the engine filled holes in the bay bored some new holes for cooler piping and sent it off to get the bay painted. After this the engine was fitted back up cooler piping and dump were fabricated and front end reassembled making this conversion very clean with a factory look which Mano wanted to achieve and was very happy with the outcome #bcustom #barratheworld #factoryfit

With the rear mount turbo slowly becoming something we will see more of in the street car scene this one takes it to the next level. With some big HP numbers expected to be in the higher end of 2000HP. We can’t wait to see this at the track I’m sure it will be impressive.

19.01.2022 So here it is. A project that most people know about but no one has ever seen SIMON'S twin turbo VH. We have been working on this for a while now and as it nears the end of the build we decided to post some photos before it goes to get paint n panel and HPC coatings done. Every aspect of the fab work was done by B custom. Diff,4 link, tubs, rails, bar work, pedal box, fuse box,turbo manifolds and all other pipe work, radiator, intercooler ect just to name a few. It fits a 315.../60 radial pro on a 15x10 rim. Twin precision promod 88 turbos Ls next block with the best of the best in it from Headzup Performance Engines. And the best thing about it is it's all under a standard bonnet and still retains a full interior. Once we have the engine ready for the engine dyno we will post some pics and videos from there on until the build is finished. 18.01.2022 Ralph's clean LH was sent to me from TPM Auto Garage & RX-8 Specialties it come in for chassis connectors and some rail repairs. An engineers report has also been done on the car and has been giving the all clear structurally. Some paint in the morning and this is finished #LH #v8 #engineered #bcustomfab #quality

16.01.2022 Heres something a bit different. This 2 DOOR CORTINA come to us completely standard and ready for a few mods. So the engineer was called in to see what we could do to keep this car street registered. So out with the rear end it was to make room for the new setup. It come in for a 9" inch,35 spline Mosar axles,strange centre,coil overs,anti roll bar,adj control arms,connecting rails,gear box x-member with incorporated tail shaft loop, 3" Molly drive shaft from Gj Drivelines, Willwood brakes front/rear and master. Everything was blasted and powder coated. Its now of to K and T Auto Garage for some more street friendly engine mods,wiring and all other mechanical installations #SS #lxtorana #pro9 #BCUSTOM

05.01.2022 Ashley's HQ we just finished some assembly work on. This was one of those builds that went from a mild twin turbo cruiser to this. With no bolt unturned we got the end result to the picture ash had in his head to start with. Tried a few new things that ash had ideas with and we went outside the box to make it happen. The engine is a 350 Chev base no LS just to change it up a bit. Now it's off to get wiring and plumbing done then tuning time #bcustom #hqtwinturbo #still350 #nolstheworldthistime #oldschoolchev

04.01.2022 Jacks R31 skyline from A.G.I Automotive come in for some mods to the cage so that it can pass ANDRA spec. Some new Pro9 4 bar brackets with doubler plates were also fitted along with some adjustable shocker mount brackets all in the factory position fitting a 275 radial pro. 04.01.2022 Steel’s FGX come in for a 6 point complete removable roll cage ANDRA approved for up to 8.0, chute mount and lever, and an engine containment pan. This job was very time consuming getting it to tuck in nice and still remain streetable. All trims were notched and fit back in to hide all the feet mounts ect.
