Our Easter value meal package was wonderfully successful, and we were inspired and in awe of the encouraging and warm feedback. Thank you all for your tremendous support! Weve carefully put together a combination of delights for $25pp that you can order for Sunday 10th May (actual value of pack $31.50 if items purchased ...individually). Menu description -- -- Chicken Curry - Spicy, delectable homestyle curry cooked in a rich tomato and onion base with cumin, turmeric, sweet paprika and other tantalising spices, garnished with fresh coriander and green chilli -- Pea Pulao (long grain Basmati Rice cooked with green peas, delicately fried onions and whole fragrant spices) -- Tuna Croquettes (Tuna mixed with fluffy mashed potatoes, onions, spices and fresh herbs, delicately crumbed and pan fried) -- Dhal Makhani (lentils slow cooked cooked in a sweet tomato, butter and cream sauce and delicate spices) -- Parathas (A subcontinent staple. 17.01.2022 After 300 Dhal puris in less than a week, I can safely say it was a success! This weeks delicacies are Keema Paratha $4.00 (fluffy balls of soft dough rolled in delicious spicy golden brown beef mince and perfectly pan fried into a delicious Keema paratha. Lamb Korma $12.00. Aloo Tikkis $1.00 each (potato croquettes seasoned with fragrant spices and garnished with fresh herbs and finished with egg and panko crumbs resulting in a perfectly coated crispness with clouds of so...ft potato centres.
