07.01.2022 Although we haven't been posting much on here for a little while, we have been building our Nissan GU Patrol in between juggling busy work and life! Almost nearing completion we thought we would show a few little updates! What started as an unrego'd, fairly straight wagon and a high km zd30 in Mudgee NSW, the decision was made to grab some permits and drive the big rig home via Melbourne. Due to time constraints the mighty patrol saw just shy of 4500kms in 3 days, didnt miss ...a beat! Following original plans we chopped it back into a 4 door dual cab wagon, utilizing the back wall from a gu ute. Not long after the Zd30 was soon sold to make way for the conversion to a td42 keeping the manual gearbox. We fitted a Gturbo Red wheel aswell as a plazmaman front mount intercooler so we could get to work fabricating all of the intake piping, airbox and snorkel. Keep tuned! A few big jobs left to do and it should be back on the road chasing lines in no time!
02.01.2022 A few more updates are the project nears completion in the coming month! A few more jobs on the punch list before the engineering an registration around mid March
