17.01.2022 Resignation The BDLGA Management Committee advises that Judy Shelton has resigned from her position on the committee. Judy was a member of the committee for 9 years and during that time she held the office of Tournament Chair, Vice President and President. The committee thanks her for her service and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

11.01.2022 Junior Pennants Weekend results from 7th February. Junior Pennants commenced last Sunday at McLeod Golf Club, unfortunately, a couple of the matches were forfeited as the girls were also committed to playing in the Greg Norman Junior Masters qualifying tournament at Oxley. The girls at McLeod played great golf - pity someone has to lose. They are very talented golfers. Congratulations to Safina Kyprianou from Pacific, on her golf at Oxley. Safina was the overall girls' ru...nner up with a gross score of 76. Amy Hodgkins from Redcliffe was 3rd with a 78 gross. Well done to everyone. Sue Strong Junior Chair See more

01.01.2022 WELL DONE TO BOTH DISTRICTS! - SARAH JANE CHALLENGE...... The Sarah Jane Kenyon Challenge between Brisbane District and Sunshine Coast District was held at Wantima Golf Course on Sunday 1st November. Each District selects 8 Junior girls to represent their District to play single Matchplay. The match was squared, so each District will hold the trophy for 6 months. All the girls played lovely golf, camaraderie and sportsmanship were outstanding. If these girls are the futu...re, then golf is in good hands. The Brisbane team: Laura Ward (Captain), Lily Saba, Zoe Burt, Amy Hodgkins, Emily Frost, Mia Love, Nicole Chen, Gemma Oliver.
