22.01.2022 Meet our rental department! First up is Carla Vroomen. Carla is one of our dynamic Property Manager’s here at BDM Sales & Leasing. Carla grew up locally and like a lot of school leavers, moved away to Melbourne for University. Graduating with a Bachelor in Business Hospitality Management, Carla lived and worked overseas before returning to Melbourne to work in 5 star hotels. She has had a very customer service focused career in the hospitality industry. Moving on to Human R...esources and later payroll, Carla worked for 2 global corporate companies before ending her city living after 16 years and returning to Wodonga to a HR/Payroll role in the hospitality industry. With a career change to Property Management, Carla has been able to transfer her customer service skills, analytical thinking and passion for systems. Most days Carla can be seen at her local gym, out riding her bike or trying to run. As like most of our staff, Carla is definitely a Summer person and likes to be out and about reacquainting herself with all the great small towns we have in our area. Tori comes to us with five years experience in the real estate industry, including four years in the local property management industry.
