Teihana enjoys teaching younger children the benefits of singing and teaching them how to do specific singing techniques, as well as being relied on as a personal ‘singing teacher’. Music has always been something i have used to create my own world to get lost in, and she will always rely on music to help me through tough times. Teihana enjoys seeing the benefits that my voice brings to others and the joy it brings while she's entertaining. Teihana has sung in many various locations such as the Kiama carols and a fundraiser for youth suicide prevention. On stage tonight we have LIAM MAIHI, 24, from Sussex Inlet on the south coast began his music career just over 8 years ago playing drums. After experimenting with the drums he switched to playing guitar and singing with influences such as Bob Marley, Jason Mraz, John Mayer, Matchbox 20. More recent influences include James Bay, Bon Iver & Elliot Root. As a student Liam was part of the Illawarra and South East Region Performing Ensemble, touring public schools to perform shows. He also toured Malaysia with the same group & has been a Featured Artist in the School Spectacular and in Southern Stars. Liam has been involved in various community music groups like productions with musical group AMTC. He has also played support for American artist John Mayer at the Sydney Entertainment Centre and has collaborated with local artists such as Genevieve Chadwick, Big Earl, Liam Cooper, and many more. While continuing to gig and garner more experience around the local area & further afield, Liam has shown himself to be a skilful songwriter, gaining recognition from both his peers in the industry & supporters at his gigs. More recently, Liam gained national recognition, making it to the Grand Final of Channel 9’s The Voice 2015. Through his experience on the show, he has shown himself to be a consummate singer, songwriter & performer. 05.01.2022 Winterland Campbelltown returns to Koshigaya Park in 2019 for 16 days from July 6th to July 21st. In 2018 the event grew as a destination for Campbelltown. Just over 100,000 people attended the event, flocking to the park over the July school holidays. With the thrills and spills of Sydney’s largest open-air ice skating rink, winter-themed amusement rides, an ice toboggan slide and alpine food village.
