19.01.2022 Welcome to my Bootcamp page! I will be holding bootcamps over the weekends of both Saturday & Sunday mornings. The launch of my first bootcamp will be announced soon along with location. Bootcamps will be $20 an hour, they will involve both cardio and strength training. These girls smashed both their weight training & cardio today, focusing on a full body workout from squats , to shoulder press, from sit ups to boxing.... you name it!!... 03.01.2022 LETS TALK FAT LOSS ... you can target fat loss. FACT: you cant chose where you store/loose fat from, however you can grow muscle in those areas instead!... fat burners make you loose weight - NO! Initially they may increase your metabolic rate and allow you to burn more calories at rest so you MIGHT lower SOME weight BUT your metabolism will adapt & down-regulate. FACT: these do NOT work in the long run, so save your money & dont use them. Eating fats makes you fat.... wow no. FACT: fats are essential for hormonal health, a strong metabolism and sustainable fat lose.. please eat them. if I eat less, Ill lose more weight. FACT: to lose body fat, your body needs calories and energy to burn.. which is given by fuel to your body with food. You cant burn what you dont have, telling someone to eat less and train more is like telling someone with depression to cheer up. EAT! Learn all about this at my bootcamps! 03.01.2022 SQUATS. Absolute love/hate relationship with squats, I love them now that I know the benefits of them and the correct form (which is so much more technical then anyone really thinks). BENEFITS OF SQUATS.... increase of mobility and stability. burn fat whilst building muscle. build muscle in not only your glutes, but if you are doing it correctly you also activate your core, upper back, and quads. prevents injuries. enhances circulation. So get your squats in! But make sure you dont feel any lower back pain, if you are then re-evaluate the weight and your form. Active your core and crunch down , split the floor with your feet and drive your knees out while you go down. Add a wooden plank under your heels to support you to go a little deeper if you prefer! .
