09.01.2022 We love the house and it's layout. We appreaciate the thoughtfulness of turning the heater on before we arrive to ensure that we enter in a cozy and warm house. The supplies for breakfast was fantastic. We did not have to go out and spend. The massage chair was a surprise for us and certainly enjoyed using it after a long day of walking.... Customer service was superb! Kelly rang us informing we left one of our phones and offered to mail it to us. Thank you so much Kelly and Grant, we truly had a lovely stay at your place. Guest feedback from family of 6 from Tasmania. Welcome to stay again anytime!!

02.01.2022 More great feedback!! Thank you the well fitted out unit. We had a most relaxed time in Ballarat, we were able to explore and know we had a spacious well appointed space to come ‘home’ to. Ample breakfast supplies, clean and fresh amenities and comfortable beds and lounge area. Will recommend you to friends and family!
