24.01.2022 Did anyone get a chance to watch the interview by Dr Berardi? If you did what did you find the most helpfull or interesting? I particularly like how he says to change one habit at a time. Make one change and do that one thing consistantly for 2 weeks at least before you try to change something else. This way it is possible to build habits that last!



23.01.2022 Do you need a bit of help staying motivated leading up to Christmas well we have 2 boot camps starting next week. Monday night at Healthy inspirations at Blackwood and Tuesday morning at Brighton Oval. Great fun and suitable for all fitness levels. Let me know if you are interested.

21.01.2022 Almost through week 2 of the no excuses challenge! How is everyone going? I have had 1 excuse day due to poor planning but intend to do the rest of my workouts! How have others been going?

15.01.2022 Does no one have any motivational hints or quotes? One thing quote that I heard once was "pay now to play later". In other words get the things that you don't want to doi done first so that you can then enjoy doing the things that you do want to do!

06.01.2022 We are on week 3 now of now excuses and I admit I have $4 in my jar. Poor time management does not constitute a good reason for me to skip my training. On that note I better get out for a run :-)
