10.01.2022 Our words are powerful #reflectdaily . Stop and check the language you use when talking... both to yourself, and to others . Everytime you say 'I don’t have time'... you are blocking yourself from recieving time! ... Every time you say 'I can’t afford it'.... you are blocking yourself being able to! Instead say... What can I do to make time for that?" or "How can I afford it?" ....thus empowering your brain to work for you and come up with ideas to help you achieve what you would like to achieve . Reflect on your language patterns. Remember... our thoughts become our words... which become our actions... which become our habits, which form our character and shape our destiny. .
