24.01.2022 What an awesome 5.15am Beach Bods 45 minute swim/cardio Saturday morning session. A Combined 2.9km of lots of swimming, some running and exercises, including 80squats, 80Lunges, 60push ups, 60dips, 9 sets of planking. Thanks to Rick and Michael for attending to help trial out the first of my swim programs. We were all gassed at the end of it.

23.01.2022 Beach Bods Fitness is offering a free introductory 45minute session tomorrow morning at 5.15am @ Strand Park Beach to celebrate our last session of the year. Numbers are limited and your attendance must be secured with a booking via our page.

Beach Bods Fitness have from a $60 voucher for 1 training session per week for 6 weeks or up to $240 to train up to 5 visits per week for 6 weeks. Next sessions start first week of January.
