Orbs are everywhere, day and night, but are more easily filmed at night in the rain! Having so said, we have both taken many beautiful Orbs in the day and have been sent hundreds of them. Why not use a digital camera, open your heart, call in the angels, start clicking and see what happens? It is most exciting to go out into my garden at night and click away on my camera. There are always Orbs! Sometimes there are just spirits passing through but if it is windy or raining there are often crowds of tiny fairies, protected by angels of love. These cluster round the trees and certain bushes. I am delighted at the number of archangels who visit my home and the unicorns who shine their light into my garden. To ensure that... your shoulder pain is only because of torn rotator cuff, it is important to study the causes of pain, symptoms and also the reason of such condition. It is important to know what it feels like to have a torn rotator cuff and how long does rotator cuff injury take to heal. This information can give you an insight into understanding the possibility of rotator cuff in your case and prompt you to seek timely medical opinion. Torn rotator cuff can be defined as a tear in one or more of the tendons of the four rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder. This rotator cuff tear can be chronic or acute due to pathological reason or traumatic injury. What Does A Torn Rotator Cuff Feel Like? When you wonder what it feels like to have a torn rotator cuff, you need to know the signs and symptoms of torn rotator cuff. Some of the commonest signs of what rotator cuff looks like include: Pain The pain occurring from rotator cuff injury occurs at the outer side of shoulder and the upper arm. Such pain also occurs while performing overhead activities or usually happens in the night. If in case the torn rotator cuff is serious, then the pain might awaken the patients from sleep and make them feel stressed. Decreased Strength Strength of each rotator cuff tendons can be tested separately by the doctor. They can isolate each tendon and work to find out the extent of tear on each one of them. If in case, significant tears have occurred, the patient will find it difficult to raise their arms over head. Individuals might also find it difficult to hold arm directly out from the body and this is one of the prominent signs of rotator cuff tear. Inability To Do Normal Tasks Individuals suffering from rotator cuff tear find it difficult to perform their day to day activities, which include combing their hair, sleeping on the affected shoulder, hooking or unhooking their bra buttons etc. While approaching the doctor patient should ensure to specify activities which have got limited due to shoulder pain. On average, with appropriate treatment for a torn rotator cuff, it may take around four to six months to heal. However, it depends on the severity of the injury, type of treatment and the rehabilitation. EXERCISE TO PREVENT SHOULDER PAIN Pendulum exercise Stand with your good hand resting on a chair. Let your other arm hang down and try to swing it gently backwards and forwards and in a circular motion. Repeat about 5 times. Try this 23 times a day. Shoulder stretch Stand and raise your shoulders. Hold for 5 seconds. Squeeze your shoulder blades back and together and hold for 5 seconds. Pull your shoulder blades downward and hold for 5 seconds. Relax and repeat 10 times. Door lean Stand in a doorway with both arms on the wall slightly above your head. Slowly lean forward until you feel a stretch in the front of your shoulders. Hold for 1530 seconds. Repeat 3 times. This exercise isnt suitable if you have a shoulder impingement.
22.01.2022 Watch your triggers. Any emotion can be triggered by many things. It may be that you have buried an incident in the past or a belief about yourself. Something ...happens and your buried emotions resurface. Often, the triggers will unconsciously remind us of this past events or deep-seated beliefs from the past as far back as childhood. How to break a trigger? To help identify a trigger write on a piece of paper the word trigger. Then call to mind recent times when you have had strong emotional reactions. You can write down briefly what the event was and what emotion surfaced for you. Next, write down what your reaction was to the event. Did you shout and slam doors, walk away, or feel withdrawn? If you do this over a period of time you may notice patterns developing. Over time you may also be able to identify where the original belief came from. Five 5 minutes of anger, fear or any emotion that is negative will last for 6 hours in your body releasing harmful chemicals and hormones within you. Taking time out can calm you down and be consciously aware. Whatever the trigger for you, the takeaway message is to provide yourself with as much self-care and compassion as you can give to yourself. When you feel the trigger and burning emotion reframe go for a walk, take a bubble bath, listening to music, exercise, or do something you love depending on the situation. If you are unable to remove yourself from the situation focus on something away from the post and breath. Inhale for the count of 4, hold your breath for the count of 7 and exhale for the count of 8. This has been scientifically proven to calm, release and improve your psyche. Keep you personal power and stay strong even when astrologically the energy is more aggressive. Control your reptilian brain and ascend your Consciousness.

The Australian genius behind it was obsessed with two things, s...port, and the physical body. "Tom Bowen & Footy - Born in Brunswick and living in Geelong for much of his working life was he a tiger or a cat fan? In reality who knows, however, I think in the end he just loved footy and especially helping the players that got injured. Probably learning a lot from treating fit young men as he developed his craft. After serving in World War II, Mr. Bowen became interested in new ways of alleviating human suffering. Taking up his father's trade of carpentry and working as a general hand at the Geelong cement works in time he would treat the ailments of his fellow workers. As more people came to learn of his skills he would go on to see clients in the evenings after doing a day at the Cement Works. Before expanding to work full time as a therapist. He had a passion for treating kids and the underprivileged and disabled treating. Opening up his clinic on a Saturday morning at no charge, traveling from near and far, many would go on to have improved health and quality of life. Tom also worked with many of the sports clubs in and around Geelong, often driving all over Geelong and the surrounding district on a Saturday afternoon, attending to injured footballers and other sportspeople. He would then treat them and others on Saturday evenings back at his clinic when further treatment was necessary this was also offered as a free clinic. Older guys who I know from my own playing days who played at the time were sent to him to have injuries seen to, including a carload arriving down from Ballarat on Saturday night on occasion. Go and see Tommy Bowen they would be told, not really knowing what to expect and often bemused at what had happened in the treatment but nevertheless feeling better a few days later. I love hearing their stories. I look forward to being able to do similar in the years to come with our local footballers and netballers. It’s interesting the game has changed a lot in many ways, but the Bowen I use is very much based on what Mr. Bowen was doing back in the 50s and 60s and still very effective." Every day we are exposed to trillions of highly diverse living microbes..., including viruses, bacteria, fungi, and protozoans. These pathogens are dynamic rapidly mutating to adapt to the everchanging environment. The majority are not harmful whilst others are potentially lethal. 09.01.2022 "Bowen Therapy changed my whole outlook of life!" At the age of 34, I was not honoring my true self or my body. I was not taking care of my emotional wellbeing,... mental health, physical body, or spirit. My environment was full of toxic chemicals, people, and energy. I couldnt even digest my food properly. I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis a horrible disease in which the stomach cannot empty itself of food. The symptoms included heartburn, nausea, vomiting, and the feeling of fullness very quickly while eating. My treatments included a terrible list of medications that I was recommended to take for life and surgery was also suggested. This became a final wake up call. I was in such fear and pain when my journey to holistic health began with a beautiful friend Nathalie, who shared with me her skills of Bowen Therapy and suggested I come and see her. 02.01.2022 MYOFASCIAL RELEASE VS. CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY What is Craniosacral Therapy? Craniosacral therapy is a method of alternative medicine used by massage therapists,... naturopaths, chiropractors and osteopaths, who manually apply a subtle movement of the spinal and cranial bones to bring the central nervous system into harmony. This therapy involves assessing and addressing the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) which can be restricted by trauma to the body, such as through falls, accidents, and general nervous tension. By gently working with the spine, the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia, the restrictions of nerve passages are eased, the movement of CSF through the spinal cord can be optimized, and misaligned bones can be restored to their proper position. This therapy is said to be particularly useful for mental stress, neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ Syndrome, and for chronic nervous conditions such as fibromyalgia. What is Myofascial Release? Myofascial Release is a gentle therapy that consists of a mixture of light stretching and massage work. During a session, the therapist will apply hands-on massage strokes in order to release tension from the bands of the muscles, bones, nerves and joints, by unblocking any scar tissue or adhesions due to injury in the muscles and surrounding tissues. The theory of myofascial release requires an understanding of the fascial system (or connective tissue, which is not to be confused with the word facial).
