25.01.2022 Hey guys. I know youre all hanging out to get your feet back in the sand and hitting the volleyball around again. It looks like we should be back around the 13th July. Fingers crossed that theres no outbreaks before then. We will have hand sanitizer available for you to use before going on court and we will be wiping the ball with a disinfectant wipe between games. Hope to see you all again soon.

18.01.2022 So after day 2 the rounds are finished! We have had some great games and teams are well placed for the finals tomorrow. Men’s and ladies masters finished top of the table, the mixed masters are 2nd on the points table and the ladies team is 7th. Good luck in the finals, let’s see if we can bring a trophy or 2 home.

18.01.2022 Hi guys. Under the directive of the PM last night he has said that all indoor sports centers are to close effective today. Unfortunately we at BV Mania fall under that category so we need to cancel our nightly fixtures for the foreseeable future. Its important that we all practice our social distancing at this time. Please stay safe and be kind to each other and hopefully we will see you back on the sand soon.

14.01.2022 As some of you may already know we lost a member of our volleyball community suddenly last weekend. Mick Clancy played with us for quite a few years while we were at Enoggera, he was a larrikin and we all knew when he was around but he had great heart and was very loyal to his friends and the club. We still have no answers as to why Micahel was taken away from his wife and young family. His funeral will be held on Friday 15th March. 11:30am is for a viewing if you wish, 12pm... the casket will be closed to start the service. The service will be held at Eco memorial park/Newhaven crematorium, 21 Quinns Hill Road W Stapylton QLD 4207. RIP mate!!
