11.01.2022 *** Update 13 May. NSW Caravan Parks do not yet have a date they can reopen. Caravan Parks fall under level 2 easing of restrictions. Well let you know via Facebook & Instagram as soon as we are giving the ok to reopen *** Dear friends Beachcomber is currently closed due to the CoVid-19 health crisis. Guest with upcoming bookings are being contacted by our wonderful managers Greg & Debbie. ... These are incredibly challenging times and its with heavy hearts that we wont be accepting holidaymaker or our onsite cabin longer term tourist (annual) guests, effective as of 26 March. This closure is in compliance with the Local & State Governments Health directive in restricting any non-essential travel. Please stay up to date with health advice at https://www.health.nsw.gov.au//dise/Pages/coronavirus.aspx Beachcomber will still accommodate people staying here as interim accommodation where their primary residence is not available. For any enquiries about upcoming bookings in March or April please send through an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. There will be a high volume of enquiries to respond to, so we do appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have a booking after 1 May, we ask you hold off contacting us until we all have clarity around when restrictions on travel & caravan parks are lifted. 10.01.2022 *** UPDATED 26 MARCH - BEACHCOMBER IS NOW CLOSED DUE TO NSW HEALTH & TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS DUE TO CO-VID19. WE ARENT SURE WHEN WE WILL OPEN. KEEP AN EYE ON OUR FB & INSTA PAGES *** Were still open! Were keeping a close eye on updates from the Government and while theyre currently advising against non-essential travel, we are still open.... With these changing travel restrictions, people around Australia may find themselves stuck and in need of accommodation. There are also a number of full-time caravanners in need of safe place to stay, and were here to help. Our understanding is that as an accommodation provider, we are an essential service which means that we are unlikely to be required to close as a consequence of COVID-19. We would like to reassure our guests that we are monitoring the situation closely and following the advice of the Department of Health and Human Services, which includes putting in several additional measures to increase hygiene and awareness across all of our parks. The situation is changing rapidly, and we will provide any further updates in alignment with Government advice. Deserted beaches, headlands, coastal lakes, wildlife, beach artwork and coffee rock cliffs await you. Check the tides before leaving and take plenty of water. Remember Slip, Slop,Slap.

After such a challenging Summer with bushfires, having to close our doors during this challenging time has broken our hearts - as we know it has for all of our wonderful guests who had their holiday plans dashed through the Summer & again over the next couple of months.
