20.01.2022 Beach partnered with Trumen Corp to to build their Enterprise Industrial Estate in Thornleigh consisting of 32 industrial units/warehouses with mezzanine offices and 44 self storage units. 16.01.2022 We are thrilled to win a Master Builders, Excellence in Construction Award for our adaptive re-use project at Ballarat House, Surry Hills. We would like to thank our wonderful client Moruben Nominees and Hill Thalis Architecture for choosing Beach to partner with them on this very special project. We would also like to thank our amazing sub-contractors for helping us deliver this award winning project.

10.01.2022 Beach gets the safety tick of approval! we are pleased to announce that we are now accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction, Work Health & Safety Accreditation Scheme. The scheme recognises builders who comply with the highest standards of safety and are audited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner. Not only are we delighted with this recognition, Beach will now be eligible to bid for construction projects that are funded by the Federal Government.

07.01.2022 We have now installed over 200 precast panels at our industrial estate project in Thornleigh. A big thanks to all involved, especially Everwilling Cranes for ensuring the installation was super smooth and safe.

02.01.2022 Level 5 of the heritage listed Ballarat House in Surry Hills has been transformed from an old warehouse into a modern workspace that embraces its heritage elements. Designed by Hill Thallis Architects and built by Beach Constructions, the integration of its original timber structure with a contemporary design ensures the heritage features such high ceilings, exposed timber beams and large arch windows are not only maintained but accentuated. Every effort was made to re-use original materials, for example the timber from the original roof was re-purposed to create beautiful timber screening between the main floor and the amenities. To maximise space and functionality, a new mezzanine floor was added to create an additional level as well as a roof top terrace that opens up to view of the city.

01.01.2022 We are very excited to take possession of 35 Whiting Street Artarmon as we embark on transforming the old Sydney City Prestige site to a new multi-storey commercial building. Beach loves re-purposing buildings and this passion combined with the client’s vision and the skills of MHDP Architects will see the creation of a high end automotive workshop and showroom. Set across three levels, it will also include a vehicle storage space and an office.
