14.01.2022 Did you know we can help with your breathing? And THAT is important! A healthy diaphragm helps maximise your oxygen intake, with minimal effort. So, if youre experiencing tightness in any of these areas, come and see us well get your breathing patterns sorted and have you breathing at max capacity again in no time. #osteo #osteopathy #osteopath #diaphragm #breathing

10.01.2022 When we eat protein our body breaks it down into small pieces called amino acids. These are the building blocks of life! The body uses them to make protein for growth and repair, as well as many other functions. Our bodies produce some of these amino acids (known as non-essential amino acids), but not all of them. We must get these essential amino acids from the food we eat. #osteo #osteopathy #aminoacids #protein

But stress manifests itself differently from one body to the next, so how might... seeing an osteopath help you with your own stress? So, when conducting a clinical evaluation or a...ssessment of a condition, your osteopath is guided, in part, by ensuring you feel empowered to participate in the decision-making process. This is why during your appointment, your osteopath may spark conversations to help you clarify for yourself how you might maintain an exercise or rehabilitation plan in between your osteopathy appointments.
