16.01.2022 It was 9 years ago that we took this crew to Mt Barney in SE QLD. Some were novice climbers, afraid of heights while others were experienced hikers and fitness fiends. But the one thing they all had in common was a desire to challenge themselves and make it to the top - and they did! Great memories team

06.01.2022 Have you moved enough today? Follow along with this Rocking to Stand movement. It can be practiced alone or become part of a progressive ground up series. Being able to get up from the ground with minimal effort and with control is an important skill to master, particularly as we age. Have a go and let us know if you need assistance.

We recommend you avoid the processed sports drinks and go for water and coconut water with it's natural electrolytes. Proper hydration aids your performance, improves your recovery and helps your digestive system.
