22.01.2022 Beachflex summer fitness program is here! Starting the 27th of October Beachflex is proud to announce that their first beach summer 8 week program is about to begin! There is no better environment than to workout in the fresh coastal air.... 9am Every Tuesday and Thursday down at the notorious Quinns beach - next to Frederick Stubbs park. At the outrageously low cost of 10 dollars per class and the first class FREE there is no excuses. Bring your beach towel, water, suncream and positive mindset and you are ready to go! Initial program from the 27th of October to the 17th of December, (It is an ongoing program you don't have to attend from the very beginning). Please share this video! See you there!
