24.01.2022 The Club has completed several tasks around the Club during our enforced layoff. Our antique bowling shelters have been demolished and removed off site from our active bowling green and have been replaced with attractive brand new shelters. A new shelter has been relocated to our newly designated smoking area. Several sprinklers servicing our bowling green have been repaired and/or replaced. New bowling equipment has been purchased for use by members.... Funding has been provided by MBRC to replace our two worn out roller doors as well as a lighting upgrade to the inside and exterior of our storage sheds. See more

23.01.2022 Now allowed to have roll ups to a maximum of 10 players per event. Tuesday afternoons from 1.00pm, Thursday and Sunday mornings from 10.00am. Members are encouraged to add their name to the relevant playing sheet to reserve a spot.

16.01.2022 After receiving our significant grant from the Qld Gambling Benefit Fund Club volunteers have dismantled the shade shelters around our playing Green. The brand new shelters are being installed within the next two weeks. MBRC have generously provided the Club with a grant towards maintaining our Green, maintenance of mowers and sprinklers etc.... Lets hope we can play bowls again soon.

14.01.2022 Huge shout out to Mekken Electrical, Beachmere’s own electrician who installed/repaired power points, security lighting and general lighting to our bowling sheds this week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

11.01.2022 Some great news received today, our club has won a substantial grant from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund 2019/20. The grant will fund the replacement of our retractable and fixed shade structures that provide shade for our bowlers on three sides of our playing bowling green.
