18.01.2022 FITNESS PASSPORT MEMBERS Thank you for your patience over the last few weeks. We hope all has gone well with the reopening of facilities across the state. Fitness Passport has been in touch with most facilities on the program and have agreement from our Employers on our opening date. Fitness Passport will be reopening on the 10th of July.

18.01.2022 Hey Guys! Guess what we are nearly ready We will be ready to reopen as of Monday the 8th.... Due to the very short notice the amazing- Jacinta Goode, Jamie Brease and Dennis Paidley have been working their butts off to get the gym up and running again. We are currently completing a deep clean of the gym and implementing the new COVID safety plan. We will have a few new rules. -We can only be open during manned hours so we are looking at what extended hours we can put into place. -There is a limit of 20 members only allowed in the gym, meaning no casuals and no children until we have more details with stage 3 and it will be first in best dressed. -We ask that you finish your workout and promptly leave the gym so other members waiting can use the equipment. -Follow all social distancing signage displayed in the gym. -We have moved machines around to allow space but please consider leaving one equipment between you and the next person and wait for it to become available. -You must still tap in so we have a record of all attendance. -The showers and water cooler will be off limits for the time being. -On arrival we ask you use the sanitizer supplied, we will also have 2 new wipe stations and ask that you wipe down every machine after you use it. -Obviously if you feel unwell or show any signs of the flu to STAY home. All memberships will commence as of Monday the 8th of June. All direct debits will be reactivated and all contracted memberships will be extended for the time that we were closed. The best part is you don’t need any special equipment so you can do these even from anywhere. It’s the gift that keeps on giving because you'll feel SO GOOD about completing this challenge as we enter the New Year! You’ll have more energy, sleep better, move better, AND you won’t have to make up for any lost ground in your fitness routine. Here’s how it works: every day, starting with Day 1, complete 1 workout. After you warm-up, you’ll ladder the 2 exercises for that day, going back and forth between them, adding reps each round.
