A swim in the ocean, the sound of the waves, the sand between our toes, the salty air, the Vitamin D, or the colour of the water - a visit to the beach improves our overall wellbeing. It keeps us grounded with it’s healing, calming and rejuvenating effect. A walk along the beach or a swim in the ocean is beneficial for our mental and emotional health. It is where we go regularly to recalibrate and recharge. So it’s absolutely heartbreaking that we cannot go there right now but we understand why.
