24.01.2022 Its that time of the year again and lucky for all of our patients because they wont have to hear Henry and Damian talk just about cars and fishing, footy will be new point of conversation in the clinic for next 6 months .

22.01.2022 Those watching the game last night might have noticed a familiar face that they have seen at the clinic. Josh (the clinics remedial massage therapist) has now joined the extensive list of soft tissue injuries that is running rife through the Crows at the moment . Lucky he knows 2 excellent physios, Henry and Damian should have him up and going for The Crows next game on Sunday .

22.01.2022 Just an update for all regarding the stage 2 Coronavirus restrictions, the clinic will continue to remain open and we will implement all of the safety and social distancing guidelines. We continue to follow the advice of The Australian Physiotherapy Association and State and National Health Ministers. Thank you for your ongoing and continued support.

20.01.2022 From all of the team here at the clinic we wish everyone a safe and enjoyable long weekend. Hopefully Damian and Henrys drive over to the shack is not as eventful as Toms (Damians son/Henrys brother ) who managed to hit and kill skippy on his drive over . We will be back in the clinic in the morning of Tuesday the 12th to take bookings. PS: just so everyone is aware, Tom is completely fine, the only damage was a few paint chips to his truck . All we can say is thank god for the genius that invented the bull bar .

19.01.2022 Facebook followers I would like to introduce you to Berry who is an assistance dog of one of Henrys long term clients. Berry is in training to become a full time assistance dog for her owner who has a very rare genetic connective tissue disorder. Berrys owner has given us permission to take these photos and has also asked that we make mention that any form of assistance animal is a working animal and they should be respected as that. When they have their jacket on they should not to be acknowledged and under no circumstances should they be patted. Berry has had tens and thousands of dollars and countless hours of training to get to where she is currently.

You will now be able to make appointments from your smart phones via Health Engine and be booked directly into our digital diary . However, if you are still a little old school you can still ring for your appointments on 8298 8664 and either Damian, Henry or Caitlin will enter your booking in manually .

14.01.2022 A little bit of imagining information for this hot Tuesday. Just because your X-ray, MRI or CT scan reports there might be changes in your muscles, joints or bones does not mean its all bad and doom and gloom. The below picture highlights changes seen in asymptotic (fancy medical word for normal, pain free and symptom free) people in a range of body areas. We always recommend that patients bring in their scans/reports that way Damian and Henry can explain in more simple terms what is actually going on.

09.01.2022 Just a little Tuesday afternoon insight as to how to maintain good sleep hygiene; seems trivial but sleep is how your body repairs, grows and deals with the byproducts of your previous days work load (like muscle and joint inflammation) .
