20.01.2022 We would like to take a quick moment to reassure our patients and wider community that in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, we have been taking several extra precautions on top of our already strict infection control practices for the safety of our patients and team. Starting Monday 23/3/2020, we will be implementing the following: 1) Our ENTRANCE will be via Beach Street. EXIT will be via Alice Street.... 2) We are shutting down our waiting room for the safety of everyone. Please phone us when you are outside and ready for your appointment. We will let you know when we are ready for you or if we are running late. 3) We advise you to come alone to your appointment as non-patients will not be able to stay on the premises. 4) We will request you to sanitize your hands upon arrival. 5) We will take your temperature on arrival to ensure you are free from fever. 6) Dental patients will be provided with a disinfectant mouth rinse before treatment. 7) We will be running through a series of questions when making and confirming your appointments. Please be patient with our receptionists - we are all doing our best for everyone in these challenging times. 8. We encourage the use of contactless card payments, to minimise any payment with cash. If you are unwell or have any flu like symptoms, please phone reception to re-appoint or cancel your existing appointment. It is advised not to enter the clinic if you are feeling unwell. 04.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Temporary changes to entry at Beach Street Centre. In acknowledgement of the of COVID-19 threat throughout the Bega Valley, and after lengthy discussions with our team, Beach Street Centre has made the decision to restrict entry to all patients and clients, for the time being. This will be in effect from Monday 30th March 2020. We have not come to this decision lightly, but we feel it is the best decision for the health and safety of our patients, staff and ...the community as a whole. Dr Lily Tomas will continue most appointments via Telehealth. These appointment times may change but we will contact all patients in due course. To make an appointment with Dr Lily Tomas please phone 64951097. Patients with existing dental, osteopathic, physio, kinesiology and massage appointments will be contacted by phone over the coming weeks to reschedule or if required, a telephone consultation. We will be monitoring our phones for dental emergencies or trauma and provide appointments to those in need, appropriately, within the framework of current level 3 restrictions. Other concerns or consultations can be managed via telephone or video consultations with the available dentist.
