Rolling in of the ankle also puts a drag on the knee to collapse onwards, these thongs reduce this strain. The arch supports the ankle which then encourages the knee to sit in a more neutral position. Who knew thongs could be so good for you!

07.01.2022 My grandfather died in his 90’s, He read every day of his life, things that interested him, and he never stopped learning. He used to use a big magnifying glass as his eyesight worsened. I believe that life is about learning, it’s not about being ‘happy’. Happiness is a state that happens in a moment, not a constant feeling. What do you think? Are we here for a purpose?
