11.01.2022 Thank you everyone for a year of yoga. Just after this photo was taken, group exercise was cancelled and we were not allowed on the beach. I took yoga online from my studio so we could keep up our practise. After a few weeks of indoor classes I started doing the online classes from the beach with my one friend. Coincidentally there were pairs around the beach following my class online. I needed your connection as much as you needed mine. Thanks for hanging in there with me.
