22.01.2022 At a time with so much change and uncertainty it's great to know that we can still make a difference and help a cause that matters. It is my absolute honour to start the virtually-lead campaign of Go Grey in May with an online Yoga class this Saturday. I have a special connection to Connor and I'm thrilled to be able to share this very special class with you! Hope you can join me

11.01.2022 Deja Vu, it’s lockdown no 2! Well, we’ve done it once, we can do it again and we’ll be truly ready to go back to the Hampton Life Saving Club To prepare for our return, the Beach Yoga website www.beachyoga.com.au has been redesigned to accommodate for online booking/paying and eventually for booking in for classes at HLSC with a limit of 10 participants. Type in www.beachyoga.com.au to clear any old history in your browser. Hope you like the new website and any feedbac...k on usability would be greatly appreciated! Starting from tomorrow’s online class on Wednesday 15 July, 2020, you will need to go to Online Classes on the website and book in and pay. You will then receive a confirmation email with the zoom link for your class. Feel free to book in for Online Classes in advance if it suits you. I suggest not doing so yet for classes at HLSC (Studio Classes) and we don’t know when we will return. For those of you that have prepaid for Online Classes, I will email you directly with a code to use when you are booking so you won’t need to pay again. If you owe for past Online Classes then please transfer or get in touch and I can confirm your outstanding amount. I appreciate your patience as we transition to the new system and hopefully it will be a smooth transition . Please do not use zoom links previously provided from tomorrow, Wednesday 15 July, 2020. 06.01.2022 FULL MOON RESTORATIVE YOGA TOMORROW NIGHT How are we all going? Hopefully the first day of spring today has made week 5 of stage 4 a little better! Perhaps some news of restrictions easing is around the corner but we will also have the full moon energy tomorrow amplifying our emotions and feelings! Do you sometimes not sleep on the full moon? How are you feeling at this point of our restrictions and iso? 01.01.2022 BEACH YOGA CLASSES STREAMING ONLINE AS CLASSES SUSPENDED We hope you are all staying well. I was in the process of writing an email limiting class sizes when the State Government issued their directive that as a state we are now moving to essential activity only for the next 48 hours. I was joking with my husband arguing the case that Yoga is an essential service!! Jokes aside, unfortunately our yoga classes at the Hampton Life Saving Club are now suspended until further not...ice. To continue providing you with access to classes we will be streaming online. As we are continuing to trial the technology and to combat any teething problems this weeks streamed classes will be free. HOW TO STREAM ONLINE If you are not on our email database, please get in touch to book into an online class. In such uncertain times, we need our yoga practice and community more than ever. Hope we can help you stay connected to your body, your breath and the peace and calm accessible as much as possible. Quote for this newsletter Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly. - Proverb Looking forward to seeing you on the online mat soon!
