25.01.2022 It’s a bit soggy out there, with possibly more rain to come, so we’ll have to miss out on Beach Yoga this morning. The good news is, that after all this rain, we should be able to be back in our usual location under the trees in a week or two. We’ll keep you posted

23.01.2022 We're very excited to start our Beach Yoga season THIS WEEKEND with weekly classes on Sundays at 8 am. PLEASE NOTE that we will move to our alternative spot near the playground/excercise equipment for the first couple of weeks, as the old site is still rehabilitating. See you on Sunday!

17.01.2022 Looks like we'll have to stay at our current location for a little longer, as the grass is taking its time coming back in our usual spot. Fingers crossed for a sunny morning. The lovely Sybil will take the class this Sunday at 8am while Denis is away enjoying a nature break.

09.01.2022 It's been great being able to offer some classes again. Mandy will join the fun this coming Wednesday at 10 am, returning to teach a session at Town Beach. We can still only accommodate 10 people at the moment. Please click the link below to book. If you miss out on a spot, don't despair. Once we can be sure about the weather, we'll schedule more sessions for later this week

07.01.2022 Denis will teach two Beach Yoga classes this weekend, on Saturday and Sunday at 9 am. We can still only accommodate 10 students. Please book online to secure your space and remember, the classes are held behind the outdoor gym equipment, closer to the break wall for now.
