24.01.2022 A bit happening with the new change rooms. Expected completion date is next week.

24.01.2022 Not long now before the renovations for next year begin.

23.01.2022 Hi guys. Contact the senior club or Hilts if interested.

22.01.2022 Hi all. PLEASE READ. As you may be aware, training is now permitted under sanctioned club training. This MUST follow the guidelines set out below with NO exceptions. The club rooms will not be open. The change rooms will not be available for use. ... Hand sanitizer will be provided. BYO water bottle off course. Should the guidelines listed below be compromised we will have very little option but to take action to ensure we all play by the rules. Please do not be the individual who forces our hand. Given this advice, we are planning to commence training on Wednesday the 27th May at 630pm. We would appreciate a guide and response as to who WILL be there as we may need to run seperate sessions ie 35s x 2 and 45s/50s. Until then, no dates or format has been advised for a season return. Looking forward to seeing some normality even if they are small steps. Prez. See more

17.01.2022 Hi everyone. We as a committee have been discussing the possibility of a masters women’s side for some time now. We can announce with the much anticipated facelift of our change rooms to accommodate women’s football, that we are strongly seeking interest to run a women’s masters side for 2021 and beyond. What better time than now to jump on board for an inaugural women’s team. Ladies, if you are passionate about your sport, fitness or football and have always wanted to h...ave a crack yourself after watching brothers fathers husbands etc then why not? You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain by being involved with this family friendly and fun club. All are welcome regardless of ability or experience. You just need to be 35 (or turning 35 that year) to be eligible. See more

17.01.2022 Hi Gents. Well footy season is over before a game was played in anger. So, the goal posts need to come down. Don’t worry. They’ll be back up before you know it! Good excuse to wander down and say Gday for a bit. See you there. Prez. See more

We know the 202...0 season that never was has been a tough year for everyone especially during the last 8 months of Covid, we have had team mates out of work doing it tough , and lots of us mentally struggling with all things Covid lockdown has thrown us . This is why we need to kick off 2021 with plenty of guys and girls on the paddock come preseason in late Jan , I’m sure we will all have a bit of Covid , Xmas and New Year extra kg’s to run and or walk off Let’s all reach out to our mates , friends and the bloke up the street and try and get some new players down for 2021 , We have an awesome club and new players and families just bring that next wave of excitement. 10.01.2022 Hi Gents. The league has raised the possibility of getting an abridged season starting end of July. The three options being looked at are participating for points, the second is a series of social games/round robins and the third a complete abandonment of the season. With this in mind we need to have an idea of who would be available to pull on the boots and play.... There will be no pressure from any individual to play, it’s totally up to each individual. We need to have an answer and response to the committee by Wednesday the 10th of June giving the club time to work out how many players we have and what sides we can field. We look forward to hearing from all of you. Cheers Committee. See more

10.01.2022 Dear members. We have been thinking of ways that we can try and keep connected and support each other while waiting for the season to resume. If you're a tradie or any other occupation that you think that could be handy to others at the Supers could you please provide us with your occupation and contact details. With this information we can share it with other members/supporters who want/need work completed and that we can keep in contact with each other during the down time. It is something that we could also build on in the future to make sure that we help each other out. If things slow down as some fear it might it may be a way to help some tradies/people keep things ticking over if it gets a little slow. The idea is to look after the members/supporters of the club and to keep growing our community. Cheers

01.01.2022 Hi everyone. The Vic Metro board has come to a decision regarding the 2020 season and we can regretfully advise the 2020 season has been cancelled. We must now turn our focus to 2021 and we as a committee will work now to keep this strong and proud club together to ensure we can be as successful both on and off the field for next year and in the future. There will be many exciting changes to come for next year. Our understanding is we can still train as a group with club... and change rooms to remain off limits at this stage. So, for the members who still want to train for your own mental and physical well-being we encourage this to continue. Thank you to all the committee for their support so far. We will keep you all informed as to future events, functions and changes as these develop. Thank you all and let’s keep this ticking along as best we can. In the interim, stay safe and well.
