25.01.2022 ***Inside The Tiger Den episode*** Episode 4 ~ Back to Business In episode 4 of Inside The Tiger Den, we are finally able to get back to the club and our home ground Perc Allison after months of hard lockdown. 22.01.2022 Well, it's been a HUGE week for the club. It's been challenging times, but we got through it with your patience and cooperation. Thank you! Big shout out to all committee members for their help in being able to get this week up and running smoothly. In particular, well done to our President and Vice President for ensuring that all Covid Safety measures were in place so we could play the game and enjoy time back together at The Tiger Den! We are looking forward to the next few weeks as we head towards the finals Tonight we celebrated 3 fantastic achievements. Premiership cap presentation for last years 1 Day comp winners Sean Young 100 senior games at Beaconsfield. Well done sean and we promise we wont let Jason speak so long next time. ... and a special bat signing from Jesse Busacca for his century prior to Xmas. 15.01.2022 A Tribute to the late great Jimmy Read, will be held on Sunday 31st Jan 1pm to 5pm at Perc Allison Social Rooms at the old Beacy Footy ground, Beacy-Emerald Rd ...Beaconsfield where he made such an impact on our local footy club. This is an opportunity for Jimmy’s Family & friends to gather & share their memories of a local footy icon. Jimmy sadly passed away suddenly in October and Covid 19 restrictions meant we were unable to all get together then to farewell him. In accordance with the Black Duck’s style it will be an informal gathering with the Beacy Cricket Club kindly making their facilities available with the bar operating. To assist with catering arrangements & to comply with Covid 19 regulations if you could please indicate if you will be attending, and also monitor our Facebook page for any possible changes to these plans. 10.01.2022 COVID INFORMATION POST *Coaches/Team Managers/Captains are responsible for their own game *Every player and spectator (not sitting in the car) should register and checkout. All players check in and out. *Set up a table for each scorer, and make that the tables people register QR code and sanitize. *If scorers aren’t players they need to be separate from players. Sanitize when changing scorers if sharing. ... *Take your own team Covid bucket, mainly for home games however might be handy when away as well. Home team venue responsibility. *All captains are required to sanitize the ball every 20 overs. Make that a drinks break ideally. Spray with sanitizer then use wipes. *Container keys available for coaches, first to open MUST set up Covid table and put out registration signs etc *Last that leaves puts Covid table away and signs *only need one vacant net between a group of 11 *maximum #10 people in any one room including change rooms or 4m2 if smaller *No Covid breach penalties for 3 games however will be monitored *Leave bowlers hat, sunglasses with a team mate not umpire *Umpires, scorers must wear a mask, and all players not onfield MUST wear mask unless drinking *Bring your own drink Any questions come back to me.
