21.01.2022 RETIREMENT TIME ! My first ever FB post! First, I would like to thank my wonderful customers for supporting this business and my family for the last 20 years! It has been an absolute privilege to serve you and to share in the important moments in your lives. It’s been so much more than a job for me!... When I shared a joke or celebrated a new baby or other happy news (ie a Saints win!!) we laughed together. When we we lost a special customer it was always hard. I realise how involved with your lives I’ve been when I treat the babies of the babies I treated! It's been an honour to have been there for you in all of those important times! This pharmacy would not be the award winning, friendly, welcoming, home away from home without my amazing team of pharmacists and assistants. They are truly the kindest, most caring, hardest working, beautiful people in the business and I owe my success and happiness to them. 21.01.2022 To make sure you are using your face mask correctly, follow the steps: 1. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Dry your hands with a clean paper towel and discard the paper towel. 2. Make sure the exterior side of the mask is facing out, away from your face. 3. Place the mask on your face with the stiff, bendable edge at the top by your nose. 4. Put one loop around each ear.... 5. Once the mask is in place, use your index finger and thumb to pinch the bendable top edge of the mask around the bridge of your nose. 6. Make sure the mask is completely secure. Make sure it covers your nose and mouth so that the bottom edge is under your chin. 7. Dispose the mask immediately after use into the bin. See more

12.01.2022 It's time to consider having your flu vaccination if: - You are yet to have one this year - You had one in March or April AND are Pregnant, have any chronic health conditions, or are over 65 years of age Especially in today's climate, it's so important to ensure we are doing everything we can to protect ourselves and our community against the flu.... The flu vaccine is most effective in our bodies for 3-4 months and because many of us had it earlier this year it may be advisable for those at risk to have a booster. That way you can stay protected for the duration of the flu season with August & September being the peak period. Speak to your doctor to see if it's advisable to have a booster flu vaccine. We have all been so lucky to have had her in our lives. She touched us all with her love, strength and passion for life. She was an inspiration to everyone.
