16.01.2022 Please remember to bring a gym towel and/or a large towel to classes. If you forget? -you can hire towels from Reception. If you havent brought any money? -you can always pay us later for towel hire.... You will not be permitted to enter the centre without towels. Please also remember to wipe down equipment after use with our provided wipes. Management will enforce this policy. for your safety and everyone elses. Health and safety is paramount at this time.

Understandably many members want to do more than one class in a day, but because we currently have such small class sizes, we want as many people as possible to train. As government restrictions ease, we hope we can relax this limit. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We understand that things can sometimes come up, but if you remember to cancel the booking, it allows someone else to use that place. It hasnt been a big problem, but we dont like having to disappoint anyone unnecessarily.
