20.01.2022 Well its official - its gonna be beer - next test is whether it tastes any good - a smaller batch than anticipated for this first run, but lots of learning done. See you in two weeks. Colour looks good and Safale Yeast US05 is proving very vigorous 48 hours in, temperature still in the high 20's but starting to cool down. 16.01.2022 Beagle Brewing Co reaches Step 1 - I can boil water ! Crap loads of it. While the mascots look on. Two years since the heater element arrived this is its first fire up with 300 L of rain water. All we need now is extraction, filtration, cooling, some stainless engineering, council permits haha and we’ll be on our way ! What could possibly go wrong. Anyone know what to do with 300 L hot water ? Cuppa ?

10.01.2022 Cleaning day 1 done and all the gases are ready to go. Thats the pre-ferment oxygenator doing its thing. Gosh 10 psi of CO2 pushes 300 kg of caustic cleaner at 70 L/min !! Who knew. 02.01.2022 Thunderbirds are go ! It fits - at least that's one measurement didn't get wrong This is our two vessel system with capacity for about 400-500 L (105 - 130 gallons) about a 3 bbl system.
