Today I had a young man James from Beal Electrical come and do some work for me. As I am vision impaired, this work was deemed Essential in lockdown. It was so refreshing to talk with a young man who was filled with gratitude for being able to work, for the position he holds, for the people he works with and the company he works ...for, Beal Electrical. And so positive in these trying times, showing a lot of resilience but then there was also sympathy and empathy for those who were not coping. His mindset reflected in his work ethic, professional, thorough and because he understood my disability he went above and beyond. James is such a great testimony to Beal Electrical.
