At Be Alive Fitness it’s not who has lost the most cms and we definitely don’t do weigh ins. It’s what effort you put into the challenge! The Commitment, effort, the extra work you put into the challenge. The extra little competitions I give them to do. OMG It’s really hard to pick the winner as everyone who part...icipates are all winners in my eyes! But we have to have the top dogs! Hahah! So results from the top three! I’m so proud! 1ST PLACE @franciscos85 - Working Mum of two absolutely smashed her 2km run time from 25.17 mins to 12 mins 28 secs. Also staying committed to the meal plan the best she can, increasing all her rep times in her fitness testing. Clare lost 20cms. Clare participated in classes virtual & face to face working around her work and kids. Clare has been able to work to her max, a mum returning back to exercise safely & effectively. Reducing body fat and increasing lean body mass through hiit and strength training. Squats 48 - 55 Tricep dips 23 - 30 Mountain Climbers 160-185 Lunges 37 - 53 Pushups 28 - 37 Plank 1.38 - 1.40 . 2ND PLACE @itstayla__ - Mum of two little ones! We all know with little ones under the age of three it can be hard to take time out for your selves! Well Tayla has never given up! This is Taylas first challenge with Be Alive Fitness. She has lost 22 cms loosing mostly around the waist. Completing her fitness testing showing she has increased her strength and fitness in so many ways. She went from a plank hold 20secs to 1minute. Not only is she fitter and healthier she feels amazing and isn’t stopping here. Tayla mostly participated in classes face to face and some virtual when she needed too. . 3RD PLACE @jessicaleem2 Lost 30.5cms through out the 10 weeks. Joining in on classes virtual from Jerramungup. This is Jessica’s first ever challenge too. Her dedication to the meal plan helped her strive to reach her true potential! Sharing her top notch healthy food photos, this had all our mouths watering. Completing her fitness testing, Jessica has gained a healthier fitter lifestyle! Ready to smash her hockey season!
