20.01.2022 This is such an important quote that I found online. I know we always ask for patterns and we follow it. It happened to me before that I attached a border on one of my quilts the wrong way. At first I was annoyed at myself that this happened to me but than I looked at it and it actually looked better than I planned it so I left it and attached the second border "the wrong way" as well. The wrong way was now the new "right way" LOL ... 14.01.2022 Create a friendly monster with super powers. I love these little cuddle buddies by Sew Toy Design and couldn't help myself to create this cute little monster as well. :) For all my beginner's who are following me check out my pattern review and see if this would be something for you to create. :) ... You can't possibly stuff it up not even if you're not good in sewing straight lines as wonky seams fit a monster perfectly. And this friendly guy is also fantastic in spreading some magic and fighting off all bad monsters so your little one has a calm and wonderful sleep. 11.01.2022 Finished #Weekendproject And here is the end result of our weekend project. All blocks and fabric that I've showed you last Friday are all used and turned into a wonderful charity quilt. I got 2 more to create in the next few weeks/months and I'm looking forward to share them with you. Once all are completed they can be sent to Comfort quilts against cancer and find a new home with someone in need to cheer them up when life's seems to have turned against you. ... Perfect for every beginner who already knows how to use their machine and would like to try simple pants pattern. The instructions are perfect for beginners with lots of tips and tricks as well. ... 07.01.2022 Finished #WeekendProject This cute little cuddle buddy came out really nice. And it was soooo super simple any beginner is going to love this pattern. It does include some hand stitches to create the facial features but they are simple to do. :) ... And you are getting walked through all the steps in detail and one after the other. If you have a little one at home and would love a cuddle buddy for him and just haven't found the right inspiration for him yet well this one is definitely a great starter project.
