25.01.2022 Hi everybody, in just under 7 hours the new Bean Fixed headquarters at 210 Commercial Street West will be open. I’m very proud of what’s been achieved and just so excited to show it off. I don’t want to miss anyone who wants to pop in for a sneaky little tour on our first day so just a quick post to let you know I’ll be out in the morning for a few jobs, if anyone would like to drop past and say Hi, I’ll be back at the commercial street office at around 1pm, Anthea will have a busy day straightening out my mess, but I’m happy to take anyone though after 1pm. 20.01.2022 . CHRISTMAS TRADING. Hi everyone, our last trading day for 2020 will be Wednesday 23rd December 5:00pm and reopening Monday the 4th January 2021. We are still taking bookings for the New Year but remind you that we are out of time to receive and repair any small appliances and have them returned before Christmas. Very very limited bookings available for next week, we will help as many people as we can but need to be clear that we have extremely limited appointments available. Thanks. 20.01.2022 All the gang at Bean Fixed would like to wish all of you out there a happy and safe 2021. Enjoy the holiday period and have fun. 19.01.2022 UPDATE: please take a moment to read. Hi everybody, our Facebook page is our best way to get information and updates to a majority of our customers. Due to restrictions that are effective from midnight tonight 18/11/2020 Bean Fixed will be unable to attend any in-house visits or repairs. We will still be taking bookings via Facebook messenger, email ([email protected]) text message or call 0438375767 only. We’ve had to cancel some appointments but will fulfil those... once restrictions are lifted. We will continue to take bookings on a first call first served basis, I must stress that we will be completing any cancelled appointments before commencing any new service requests, I must also stress that if you do contact us via text that you provide a name, a contact number and a brief description of work/service that is required, as this information will be added to a callback list, we want to continue to help where we can so please help us help you by providing accurate information. We are still here but unfortunately we can’t come to visit. We will be back full force as soon as we are able. Thank you to everyone, and thanks for everyone’s support. 15.01.2022 Hi everyone just a quick post to let you know we will be open again tomorrow, I would like to say back to normal but we had to cancel some appointments due to lock down. We will be contacting all those who had appointments cancelled, booking them in as priority and responding to all the calls and messages we received while closed, please be patient we will get everything running smoothly and answer everyone’s requests as soon as possible. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone. Only a few days to go, I’m working long long hours to fit as many jobs in as possible before we close for Christmas, please remember that we are super booked already, if we can’t get to your job we just can’t fit it in, we will not tolerate rude and demanding customers, you will certainly not be a customer of ours in the future if you are. Remain calm, it’s Christmas time, don’t be an angry bird and we will certainly fit all that we can in. I’m currently working 80+ hrs/week and that is enough for anyone. 14.01.2022 HERE WE GO!!. . This will be quite a long post as I have many people to thank. I would really appreciate everybody sharing to help spread the thanks. In February 2019 Anthea drove past an empty building and came home to say this would be an awesome place to have Bean Fixed we started the ball rolling and made plans to make it happen. It’s time to open it up and move Bean Fixed forward. I will start with all the thank you’s. All you people have made a massive job all come together. We are moving to 210 Commercial Street west, on the corner of Lindsay street, we now have off street parking and will be opening up this Friday at 9:30am. I just want say thanks again to everyone who has helped along the way, 90 hrs/week for the last six months or more has really paid off, during this time I’ve tried to keep the business going, be a loving husband and an amazing dad, it’s been a very hard slog and I hope my family understand that I’ve done it for a better future for us as well as better customer service for you. 12.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who popped in to pass on the well wishes, and thanks to Maria for the lovely cake, we have a few things to tighten up but for a first day with so many new processes I can say we did alright. Thanks again everyone.

Just wanted to remind you all we have several ways to be contacted, our landline number is 8723 7248, we also have a mobile number, 0438 375 767, service request via our website, www.beanfixed.com.au. and via our Facebook page messenger (Bean Fixed), we always ask that if you call and we are not able to answer, a brief message will ensure you receive a call back. We do offer a 24hr emergency service for our commercial customers via mobile (all calls afte...r hours are diverted to message bank). The crew at Bean Fixed work hard during the day and after hours we all like to relax, I must stress that messenger messages, text messages or phone calls to any of our staffs private phones or messenger accounts will not be answered or acknowledged, they all need some me time so please respect their privacy. After hours? No worries, leave a message but please don’t go crazy and flood every possible way to contact us, all our points of contact are highly monitored and 1 message or call will certainly be followed up during business hours on the next business day. 09.01.2022 Hi everyone. At this time of year your appointment is precious, if you need to cancel please let us know as others also need our help, if you just forget, I’m sorry but it’s going to delay your repair by possibly 4 weeks, as we just don’t have spare spots available.

08.01.2022 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, LIMITED BOOKINGS AVAILABLE. Hi everybody, with just over 2 weeks until the big fella slides down the chimney we unfortunately can not accept any more small or non essential appliances, we know it is a great convenience to use the dishwasher if you have one, and awesome to be able to wake up to a great coffee in your home. We also understand that people's interpretation of "non essential" will vary, so to clarify, we will only be taking bookings for ove...ns and washing machines, with very limited spots available, we will still take bookings for small appliances and fit them in when we can, but, to have them returned before Christmas may not be possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we are focusing our efforts on the appliances that will be really difficult to go without over the holiday period, and completing jobs for customers already waiting, we are working late into the nights leading up Christmas. 03.01.2022 Hi everyone, with no immediate solution to the issues we have been having with our landline service we have no other option than to list a new number for our customers. We sincerely apologise to anyone that has been unsuccessfully trying to contact us on our original number, we have been constantly attempting to have our number transferred to our new location at 210 Commercial Street West with no luck from the telcos. Our mobile number has not changed but our landline number ...is now 08 87 237 248. If at anytime we are unable to take your call, please leave a brief message and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible. Thank you. We hope that everyone will give this post a share if possible, it has been extremely frustrating trying to get this resolved and we would really appreciate any help to get our new number to as many people as possible. 01.01.2022 Yes we are having some maintenance done on us, all the Bean Fixed crew have had a huge year and it’s time to recharge. WE WILL CLOSE 5:00pm 23/12/2020 and open again in January. Our office will be attended until 2:30pm tomorrow (Wednesday) and we will take calls on the mobile until 5:00.
